Originally from Boise, Idaho — the “City of Trees” — Monica McKee came to Arizona to play collegiate volleyball in 1990 at Scottsdale Community College, where she competed as a middle blocker. She quickly fell in love with Arizona and decided to make the Valley of the Sun her home.

Monica brings a diverse professional background to real estate. She previously worked in residential real estate and property management for investors from 2007–2009 and later built an extensive career in financial services. Her experience included supporting financial advisors and clients, marketing and business development, estate settlements, investment-account administration, new-account processing, large-scale events, and collaboration with professional partner organizations across Arizona and several surrounding markets.

Today, Monica is a REALTOR® with AZ Lane Realty, where she combines that experience with a highly personal, relationship-focused approach. She especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers, seniors navigating life transitions, and homeowners preparing to sell. Her philosophy is simple: clients deserve clear communication, thoughtful guidance, strong marketing, and someone who will pay attention to the details from beginning to end.

Monica is a mother of three, including one bonus daughter, and is engaged to Scott Mellish, a physical therapist who has served the Valley of the Sun for more than 27 years. Family, community, hard work, and meaningful relationships are at the heart of both her personal life and her real estate business.
